  • All reports are $25.00 per copy. The only forms of payment accepted are cash or money order.

  • To pay your traffic ticket, you will need to go to The Butler County Circuit Clerk's Office at 700 Court Square or call their office at 334-382-3521.

  • You may obtain an accident report once it has been processed, which takes 7-10 business days.  You can either pick up a copy of the report in person at the Greenville Police Department during regular business hours or by sending in a written request, enclosing a self-addressed stamped envelope as well as a $25.00 money order to The Greenville Police Department, P.O. Box 158, Greenville, AL 36037.

  • Yes. Anyone is allowed to obtain a report as long and they provide the information needed to obtain a report.

  • We are unable to file reports over the phone.  You will need to speak directly to an officer by either coming to the police department during office hours or dialing 911 and have an officer come to you.

  • If you need to speak with an officer after office hours, you may contact Butler County E-911's non-emergency number at 334-382-9911.

  • No. We are unable to offer fingerprinting services.

  • After filing a police report and speaking with the officer, you will need to go to the Butler County Clerk's Office to sign a warrant.  The Clerk's office is located at the Butler County Courthouse, 700 Court Square.
