The City Clerk-Treasurer is the custodian of public records for the City of Greenville, which includes all:
This office is responsible for the receipt, distribution and expenditures of all City funds, such as revenue from Business Licenses, Building Permits, and all taxes. The City Clerk is required to attend all City Council Meetings.
The City Clerk’s office is also responsible for preparing the City Council Meeting Agendas and Minutes of the Council Meetings. The City Clerk is the City’s Chief Election Official and is responsible for the administration of Municipal Elections.
Dee has been with the City Clerk's Office since 1999 and has served as:
- Accounts Payable Clerk
- Certified Revenue Officer
- Financial / Grant Administrative Assistant
She was appointed City Clerk-Treasurer in November 2016.
